At Kaiser Permanente, we know that mental health is an important part of your overall wellness — your mind, body, and spirit are all connected. That’s why we support your mental wellness in a number of ways.

You can get treated by an in-network provider for conditions like depression, anxiety, addiction, and more, with no referral needed.

You’ll also have access to several mental fitness tools that support your well-being. These include online self-assessments, digital programs, self-care apps, and more.

Along with care delivered by Kaiser Permanente, we offer convenient, flexible care options from a variety of resources — including external providers. Some offer teletherapy services to our members at no additional cost.

Care when you’re in crisis 

Kaiser Permanente has partnered with Harbor of Grace, a National Law Enforcement & First Responder Wellness Center located in Havre de Grace, Maryland, to provide the care and treatment you need to help manage the specific challenges you face your day to day. From the trauma you may experience on the job, to the stress and depression that may follow as a result of it, we’re here to help.

Harbor of Grace treats first responders for substance abuse and addiction, grief and loss, PTSD, depression, and more. They also provide 24-hour mobile crisis intervention.
