Upcoming changes for 2026

On December 31, 2025, we’re closing some Medicare health plans and reducing the service area of 1 plan.
If you lose access to your current Medicare plan, you must enroll in a new plan to avoid a gap in Kaiser Permanente coverage.
On January 1, 2026, your new plan will begin.

We’ll still offer Medicare plans throughout Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC, and you have several options to choose from.
