All hands on deck at National Harbor for wellness on the waterfront

On Saturday, June 6, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., join Kaiser Permanente for a day of family-friendly activities at the scenic National Harbor in Prince George’s County, Maryland.

This no-cost event is open to the public, so bring your family and friends for a day of fun and fitness on the waterfront!

  • No-cost health screenings
  • Preventive care education
  • Fitness activities, including yoga, line dance, and Zumba classes
  • Kids’ zone with spin-art bikes, face painting, balloon art, games
  • Performances by local musicians
  • Prizes and giveaways (while supplies last)
Some activities require registration to participate. When you register for your activity of choice or a health screening, be sure to share your email address to receive updates about Healthy at the Harbor.
Kaiser Permanente representatives will be available to answer questions about our health plans, and we’ll also have our community partners on hand to share information about their various programs.
