All hands on deck at National Harbor for wellness on the waterfront

On Sunday, May 18, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., join Kaiser Permanente for a day of family-friendly activities at the scenic National Harbor in Prince George’s County, Maryland.

This no-cost event is open to the public, so bring your family and friends for a day of fun and fitness on the waterfront!

  • No-cost health screenings
  • Preventive care education
  • Fitness activities like yoga and Zumba classes
  • Family movie night featuring Moana 2
  • Kids’ zone with games, spin-art bikes, and face painting
  • Special athlete guest appearances
  • Live music by local musicians

Some activities require registration to participate. When you register for your activity of choice or a health screening, be sure to share your email address to receive updates about Healthy at the Harbor.
