Fall into fun and wellness this season with Kaiser Permanente — all are welcome!

Welcome to Wellness is a two-day festival that will be held at three of our medical centers in the region. This no-cost event is open to members and the general public, so bring your family and friends to fall into wellness.

Join us at one of the medical centers listed on this page on these days and times:

Saturday, November 8 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Sunday, November 9 from noon to 4 p.m.

Whichever day you come, the experience will be equally fun. While not required, we encourage you to register to attend at your preferred location.

Welcome to Wellness will feature:

  • No-cost health screenings
  • Preventive care education
  • Fitness activities, including yoga and Zumba classes
  • Kids’ zone with face painting and more
  • Food trucks
  • Chair massages
  • Seasonal treats, games, and family-friendly fun
