About the hospital
Suburban Hospital is a community‐based, not‐for‐profit hospital serving Montgomery County and the surrounding area since 1943. The 230‐bed hospital is a member of Johns Hopkins Medicine, serves as the designated trauma center for Montgomery County, and is affiliated with many local health care organizations, including the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Kaiser Permanente proudly partners with Suburban Hospital because of their dedication to state‐of‐the‐art clinical care supported by a strong base of medical research and education.
