At Kaiser Permanente, we know that mental health is an important part of your overall wellness — your mind, body, and spirit are all connected. That’s why we support your mental health in a number of ways. You can get treated by an in-network provider for conditions such as depression, anxiety, and addiction, with no referral needed.
You’ll also have access to several digital resources and tools that support your well-being. These include the self-care apps myStrength, Calm, and Headspace Care,1 which can help you better navigate through life’s challenges. Wellness coaching by phone and online health classes further support your mental health needs. Learn more about the self-care apps available to you.
