Wellness incentive program

Save on your health insurance

MCPS employees, complete a total health assessment and a biometric health screening of your blood pressure, blood sugar, body mass index, and cholesterol between October 2, 2025, and October 3, 2026. If you do, MCPS will earn a credit of up to 2% more of the total cost of your health insurance (medical, prescription, dental, and vision) in 2027 — reducing your contribution by 2%.1

Enrolled in a two-party or family medical plan? Only you — the medical-plan subscriber — need to complete a screening to earn the incentive. Maintain the rate reduction by completing both the total health assessment and biometric screening each year within the announced time frame.

You will NOT be able to complete a health risk assessment; however, since it is offered only through the medical plan
