Save on your health insurance
MCPS employees are eligible to earn 2% back on their total health insurance costs by completing a brief health assessment and four biometric screenings by October 7, 2023.
Your health assessment and biometric screenings provide a snapshot of your current health status, with an overall wellness score. You’ll learn about potential health risks and strategies to help reduce them. Your individualized health report may also include information on how to obtain health coaching and/or receive other health or wellness programs that are offered through Kaiser Permanente.
Your results are strictly confidential and only available to your care team at Kaiser Permanente. Your health-related information is not shared with MCPS in compliance with state and federal privacy laws.
