That’s why Kaiser Permanente and LIBERTY Dental Plan are working together to offer Kaiser Permanente Smile, a dental plan that extends our top-rated,1 high-quality integrated health care into dental care. The result is a one-stop shop, offering affordable, no-hassle coverage for all your employee needs. Smile offers flexible and convenient dental plans for companies of all sizes.

Your employees can choose their own dental provider in the network and use their Smile benefits to see any network provider within Kaiser Permanente’s Mid-Atlantic states service area. They’ll also have access to Smile’s 24-hour, self-service portal for plan details, claims summaries, and more.

You can expect a smooth plan start thanks to the Smile team’s comprehensive member onboarding and engagement. And you’ll have the option to select coverage enhancements, such as OrthoPlus riders that add cosmetic and orthodontic benefits to comprehensive plans.
