Earn a $100 rewards card

Get started today by visiting kp.org/engage. Just sign in with your kp.org username and password, then accept the Wellness Program Agreement. You can revisit this page anytime to track your progress. The rewards program extends from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. The program is open to all Kaiser Permanente subscribers at Fairfax County Public Schools. Family members are not eligible to participate in the rewards program. If you recently participated in and earned a reward in previous years, you’re eligible to participate again and earn another $100 reward card.

Complete the activities by December 31, 2025

Getting healthier has never been more rewarding. Take these simple steps to improve your well-being.
  • Complete 4 biometric screenings at any Kaiser Permanente medical center or onsite FCPS screening event (when available), unless you are already current: blood glucose, blood pressure, body mass index (BMI), and total cholesterol.
  • Complete your annual Total Health Assessment at kp.org/tha.

Enjoy the rewards

Once you join the program and complete the activities, you’ll receive your $100 rewards card.

There are imputed taxes on the $100 gift card reward. Your rewards expire 12 months after the issue date. Workforce health programs and rewards are not considered health plan benefits, and they may be discontinued at any time.
