New all-inclusive Care Centers coming this fall
Springfield Medical Center
Same convenient location and quality care. The brand new Springfield Medical Center will be adjacent to the current facility. This brand new facility offers a wide range of care, including Adult Family Medicine, orthopedics, pediatrics, and pharmacy, lab and radiology, and more. The new Springfield Medical Center will replace the current center.
Caton Hill Medical Center
Our new Caton Hill Medical Center is a state-of-the-art facility, and will replace Woodbridge Medical Center. The center offers convenient access to specialists, 24/7 Advanced Urgent Care, pharmacy, labs, X-rays, and more. When Caton Hill opens, the Woodbridge Medical Center will close.
Access to Urgent/Emergency Care when you travel
Members will now be able to access Cigna’s national network of physicians and providers — while traveling outside of areas served by Kaiser Permanente.1,2 Even better, members who get emergency or urgent care through Cigna’s network will pay the same cost share that they pay at home.
You have more telehealth care options. Now you can choose to have a video visit with any clinician without an appointment. Or, choose our new click-to-chat service to connect with a health care professional only when you need medical advice and more.
