Earn a $100 rewards card

Get started today by visiting kp.org/engage. Just sign in with your kp.org username and password, then accept the Wellness Program Agreement. You can revisit this page anytime to track your progress. The rewards program extends from January 1, 2023 to June 15, 2024. The program is open to all Kaiser Permanente subscribers at Fairfax County Public Schools. Family members are not eligible to participate in the rewards program.

Complete these 4 biometric screenings at any Kaiser Permanente medical center, unless you are already current: blood glucose, blood pressure, body mass index (BMI), total cholesterol.
Complete your annual Total Health Assessment at kp.org/tha.

Enjoy the rewards

Once you join the program and complete the activities, you’ll receive your $100 rewards card. You may complete the activities early, but you must visit kp.org/engage between June 15, 2023 and June 15th, 2024 to earn your rewards.

There is imputed taxes on the $100 gift card reward. Your rewards expire 12 months after the issue date. Workforce health programs and rewards are not considered health plan benefits, and they may be discontinued at any time.
